Mandi Susman, CCP, Technical Director

Mandi is responsible for oversight and management of JL Board Advisors’ technology assets, including the firm’s proprietary databases of consultant capabilities, consultant search scoring methodologies, and project management systems. She has a longstanding career that combines executive compensation consulting and operations management and provides project management, analysis and compensation consulting for JL Board Advisors’ clients.

Mandi’s corporate credentials include experience as a compensation consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she supported and led a diverse group of client projects involving the financial services, technology and non-profit sectors. In that capacity, she also served as the technology liaison for the PwC office in Westport, CT, heading up several critical assignments, including automation of data collection for the firm’s annual CEO compensation survey for CHIEF EXECUTIVE Magazine.

Following her experience at PwC, Mandi continued to expand her professional depth in executive compensation and technology at IBM. Her key achievements at IBM include her role as an award-winning project manager for the initial IBM proxy filing under the proxy rules mandated by the S.E.C. in 2007. Following her tenure at IBM, a former client, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, engaged Mandi to join its compensation practice, where she was responsible for automating and streamlining the organization’s numerous HR processes, including those related to compensation.

She holds an undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College At Purchase, and is a recognized authority on internet marketing. She is a published author and frequent speaker in that discipline.
